McDonald’s to Open More than 150 Stores in The Next Five Years
Mr Bush denied speculation the bleak economic backdrop is contributing to an increase of people replacing family restaurant dining, with fast food, telling the AFR many people have a hgiher disposable income than a year ago, because of lower mortgage interest rates and petrol costs.
He described recent changes made by the restaurant – including a refurbishment of most of its stores, and the launch of a healthier menu, as “bricks in the wall” for the company’s medium term growth.
