Larry Emdur spends $6.8m at Dover Heights

Larry Emdur, has paid a reported $6.8 million for a contemporary cliff-top home in Sydney east.

The game show commentator turned Weekend Sunrise co-host, with wife Sylvie, will relocate from another waterfront in the area.

The vendor was rag traders Lisa Krukziener Moss, and her husband Jeff, who founded the Packer family backed Pretty Girl fashion group.

They paid $7.1 million in February, 2007.

It was constructed by Elaine Diamond and late medico Robert Diamond who paid $1.7m for the land in 1996 then built the new home.

With 180-degree ocean views it includes an infinity pool, gym (with retractable roof) and self contained apartment.

The site spreads 1062 square metres.

Mr Emdur co-hosts the morning show with Samantha Armytage.
