Australian pop star Kylie Minogue has reportedly spent $A25 million on an apartment in the One Hyde Park complex – said to be the most expensive residential block developed in Britain.

The £1 billion residential project in Knightsbridge is said to have attracted millionaire buyers from around the world – the Qatar Prime Minister amongst them. Minogue is reported to be paying £16 million for a three bedroom complex, according to Britain’s Daily Star.

With four towers, One Hyde Park – between Hyde Park and the Brompton Road retail strip – also includes a cinema, 21-metre swimming pool, saunas, golf simulator, wine cellar and squash court.
