Historic Melbourne CBD Building Expected to Sell For $8 Million
By 1988 – a century later – the tallest building in Melbourne was the 66-level Rialto South tower at 525 Collins Street around the corner. Southbank’s Eureka tower, rising 91 levels and completed in 2006, now ranks as Melbourne’s tallest. Both projects were developed by Grocon.
Savills Melbourne directors Clinton Baxter and Nick Peden will auction the Lombard Building on Friday December 3.
