Hallmark penthouse collects $2.3m

ONE of four penthouses in the prominent Hallmark building, opposite the Shrine of Remembrance, has sold for $2.3 million.

The complex replaced a 14-level office occupied for 30 years by Travelodge.

At 2 Albert Street, it contains 155 dwellings and now rises 21 floors.

Many units have Kings Domain views to the city which can’t be built out.

Icon Property’s Robert Mitchelson secured the $2.3m deal.
