Goodman Group Signs Three Industrial Leases Totaling 84,000 Square Metres
Kmart has also renewed a 20,000 square metre industrial lease at the Wyndham Distribution Centre for another two years.
Meanwhile across town in the bayside suburb of Braeside, warehousing and distribution operator Simon Transport has leased 31,590 square metres at the Kingston Distribution Centre. According to the AFR, Simon has increased its accommodation by five fold.
Goodman Group Australian general manager Jason Little said the company’s leasing success is due to a quality portfolio, customer focus and flexibility.
