Golfer Peter Senior lists waterfront Gold Coast home

Golfer Peter Senior – the winner of 34 international tournaments – is selling his palatial Gold Coast waterfront home.

The champion 58-year old sportsman – who a year before retiring from the sport in 2016 was the oldest player to win an Australian Masters – can expect about $3.6 million for the Hope Island pile, according to the Gold Coast Bulletin.

On a 1156 square metre north-facing block, the holding is configured with a putting green, swimming pool, barbecue pavilion and pontoon.

A family home (pictured) with an internal area of about 700 square metres includes five king sized bedrooms (each with an ensuite), formal and informal living and dining rooms and a home cinema.

Senior and his wife June built the house on a block they bought in 2009.

It is reportedly their fourth Hope Island dwelling. The Seniors have appointed agents Rob Casbolt and Cassie Jiang of Professionals Vertullo Real Estate to sell the home.

Following any sale, the Seniors plan to stay in the area.
