GE Money Sells Sydney Industrial Facility For $7.8 Million

AN INDUSTRIAL-retail complex leased to five tenants including Officeworks and Big Blue River Meats has sold for $7.8 million, and on a yield of 8.97 per cent.

The 4900 square metre site includes 2400 square metres of net lettable area. The site at 96 – 98 Taren Point Road, Caringbah, sold at auction last month according to the AFR.

Colliers International’s Trent Gallagher represented the vendor, GE Money.
