In May 2010, Three Pillars paid $5.9 million for a portion of the former Bible College of Victoria site in Lilydale, about 35 kilometres east of the CBD.

The Bible College amassed $8.5 million from the sale of its 30-year Lilydale campus, which it subdivided into three portions before listing for sale. It moved to a unique Wantirna South site (pictured) wedged between the Monash Freeway and other motorways in Melbourne’s southeast.
