Former Government Pound Hits Market as Development Site
Colliers International director – investment sales, Peter Bremner, is expecting the 6760 square metre site to fetch about $5 million.
When the government sold the site at auction in 2004, the current vendor reportedly outmuscled the neighbouring Hays International College.
Sources speculate the international school is a possible buyer this time around.
Not far from the site, a major 38-level apartment tower is proposed for a car park behind the Centro Box Hill shopping centre.
