Dromana Sports & Fitness Centre to be Redeveloped Into Townhouse and Apartment Village
Dromana is a small coastal hamlet on the way to wealthy coastal suburbs including Portsea and Sorrento. Dromana is just over an hour south from Melbourne.
Graphos spokesman Adrian Gawne said it expects to appoint an agent for the project by summer, paving the way for construction of the first stage to start early next year.
