Corporate Giant KPMG Leases Offices on the Sunshine Coast
Not far away, BDA Architecture has leased a 322 square metre office at 89 Surf Parade, Broadbeach. The lease renewal – for three years – is reported to be worth $150,000 per annum. The building, The Wave, spreads 34 levels and includes retail on the ground floor, two levels of offices, and resort accommodation above.
