Another week, another round of staff moves.
This week, DTZ director Matthew O’Halloran announced he accepted an executive position with Equiset, a Grollo Group member.
Equiset managing director Lorenz Grollo said Matt’s appointment will bring leasing expertise and professional capacity across business lines of the growing company, which this week unveiled plans for a $60 million redevelopment of Goods Shed North in Docklands.
Also making the move from Collins Street is CBRE director Simon Dal Zotto, who will quit agency altogether to establish a new fibre optic cabling business, based in Queen Street.
Mr Dal Zotto has been involved in some high profile property sales in Melbourne, including the sale last year of a Macedon mansion once owned by billionaire Richard Pratt.
