Brunswick’s Former Tip Top Bakery Site to be Sold, Again
Like the current owner, Kaye and Carey had earmarked apartments and townhouses for the site, which has street frontage to Edward and Weston streets, near the suburb border of North Carlton and North Fitzroy.
The property will be sold as a residential development site, and is being marketed by Raine & Horne Commercial’s Glyn Bosisto for private sale, at $12.5 million.
