Asset Abutting Sydney’s Kingsford Smith Airport Lands on the Market

AN office complex abutting Sydney’s Kingsford Smith Airport, in Mascot, is expected to sell for about $170 million.

The site is managed by Trafalgar Corporate, which includes troubled investment group Record Realty (now in the hands of receivers KordaMentha) and the Qantas Superannuation Trust.

All up, more than 40,000 square metres of office space and 6,296 square metres of warehouse space across four buildings is up for grabs.
