Apartments Released at $440 Million Wyndham Harbour Project in Melbourne’s Outer West

In a sign of the times for affordability in the west, prices for a one-bedroom apartment at Wyndham Harbour start at $254,000 – about the same price of a house in the area not long ago. Three bedroom apartments at the complex to be known as the Marina Quays Apartments, are priced at $569,000.

Wyndham Harbour is being developed by the Liberman family’s Jagen Pty Ltd and Prudentia Investments Pty Ltd, headed by Angus Reed.

The developers agreed to pay the City of Wyndham council about $1 million for the Duncans Road site that will become Wyndham Harbour, in about 2002.

Council signed over the Crown land to the developer this week.

Upon completion, the project will include two new beaches, a 1400-berth harbour, and a leisure, entertainment and shopping precinct.

Wyndham Harbour Pty Ltd Senior Development Manager, Sonya Miller, said the Marina Quays Apartments offered a unique and affordable opportunity to enjoy a bayside lifestyle amid the buzz of cafes, shops and the marina.
