The REIV has launched a new resource to help house hunters to understand property prices when looking to buy their home or investment property.

CEO, Enzo Raimondo said that for just $19.95 residential house hunters can now access the same information as agents use.

www.latestsales.com.au will give house hunters a valuable insight into property prices and trends as they look to find the home of their dreams.

“In the current fast moving property market understanding how prices have changed is essential. The REIV represents over 1,800 real estate agencies and is the provider of auction and private sales results to Melbourne’s major newspapers each week, so the REIV is well placed to provide the public with the most recent, accurate and comprehensive results available.

“Available on the Real Estate industry portal www.realestateview.com.au, LatestSales will produce a report based on the most recent transactions in your street, suburb or postcode.

“The report will include the address of the property, date of sale, sale price, and attribute information including the number of bedrooms and land area.

“Equipped with this information a house hunter can make a more educated assessment about the value of their house or a house they are interested in purchasing,” Enzo Raimondo concluded.
