Skilled Group Boss to Sell Luxury City Apartment

LESS than a year after paying a record $7 million for a block of land in Flinders on Western Port, former managing director of the Skilled Group Greg Hargrave and wife Mardi have put their luxury city apartment on the market, in a deal expected to be worth more than $3.7 million.

The apartment, at the corner of Spring Street and Flinders Lane, occupies almost an entire level and includes three bedrooms, a study, two car spaces and views over Fitzroy Gardens. It's expected the couple will look for a family home in Melbourne's suburbs.

The property is being marketed by Abercromby's Jock Langley and Kay & Burton's Tim Blackett.
