The iconic RAAF Association Building in South Yarra, famous for a huge propeller suspended from its exterior wall, is no longer.
Developer CBus Property recently swooped in on the Association’s massive 4 Cromwell Street asset, and is planning luxury apartments.
Marshall White selling agent James McCormack said plans for the site, which is also accessed from McKillop and Howitt Street, are for 28 apartments between 2 and 3.5 bedrooms, spread over four levels.
He said the smallest or sale in the development starts at $900,000 ranging to $1.65 million.
