Award winning advertising photographer Lynton Crabb is selling his art deco apartment in Elwood’s Golden Mile.
Mr Crabb has created highly acclaimed conceptual advertising campaigns for clients including ANZ, Qantas and VISY. When not brainstorming about ways to make paper recycling sexy, he is also adviser for the School of Creative Media at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
Up for grabs is a 2-bedroom, upstairs art deco apartment at 17 Vautier Street, between the Ormond Village shopping strip and the Elwood Beach. It includes Italianate balustrades, an outdoor terrace, courtyard, large open plan living room, car park, alarm and leafy tree vistas.
With a new addition to the family on the way, Mr Crabb says it’s time to move to something bigger, and is hoping to stay in the Elwood area.
Chisholm & Gamon director Sam Gamon expects the Elwood apartment to fetch between $700,000 and $770,000 when it goes to auction at 11am on Saturday May 10.
