Passionfoods founder Yvonne Row is selling a restored, art deco townhouse in St Kilda. Ms Row bought the property at 1/30 Eildon Road 24 years ago and has totally restored it and two others, which she will retain.

The 112-square-metre property, with its own street frontage, includes a separate entrance hall and sitting room opening to a decked area, two double bedrooms, a recently renovated bathroom and kitchen opening on to a meals area and second courtyard. Chisholm & Gamon's Trish Mulcahy, who is marketing the property, expects it to sell for between $790,000 and $860,000.

Ms Row was Australia's model of the year in 1964 and was lady mayoress when she was married to former Melbourne lord mayor Irvin Rockman. She started her organic food store, Passionfoods, in South Melbourne 10 years ago.
