Telecommunications whiz kids Alex Kontouris and Graham Kelly have unveiled a townhouse project in Inverloch, about 150 kilometres south east of the Melbourne CBD.
The duo, who made their fortune at Saise Telecom, which at its peak had the two biggest telecommunication clients, Telstra and Optus as lucrative clients, have now branched into telco marketing, web design...and property development.
Kay & Burton is marketing three of five Inverloch townhouses that the developers are selling. Each townhouse is around 22 square and includes three bedrooms, two living areas, large outside terraces and a double garage.
Selling agent Tony Stuart says townhouses at 31 – 35 High Street start at $755,000.
