NSC Group Leases Space at Hallmarc Business Park, Southbank |

Communications company NSC Group is the latest tenant to move closer to the CBD, leaving an office building at 23-27 Wellington Street, St Kilda, to lease a 500 sq m unit at the Hallmarc Business Park in Southbank.
The Southbank office will be Sydney-based NSC's headquarters for its southern region, which includes Adelaide and Perth. The Hallmarc Business Park is on Lorimer Street, on the cusp of Docklands, and was completed in April. The business park is now three-quarters full.
