In an interesting twist this week, a member of the Myer family has emerged as a joint developer of a The Well, a 7-storey mixed use building in Camberwell.

Andrew Myer’s AV Myer Group has teamed with private developer Bruce Tilley’s First State Developments, to construct the Burke Road building. It will include a 3000 square metre Coles supermarket, 7000 square metres of retail space, 2410 square metres of office space and 42 apartments.

The grandson of Sidney Myer who established the Myer department store chain, and son of noted arts patron and businesses identity Ken Myer, Andrew Myer has recently been involved in the development of two boutique developments in South Yarra.
