The Mosaic, Victoria Harbour’s second residential apartment building, recently achieved practical completion, approximately 10 weeks ahead of schedule. Bovis Lend Lease was responsible for the project management, design and construction of The Mosaic.

Comprising nine floors with 64 apartments and 6 townhouses, The Mosaic is the first of the low rise offerings in Victoria Harbour.

Developed by Lend Lease Development, The Mosaic has been a great success with almost 100 per cent of the apartments already sold. The terraces in particular were extremely sought after and set the agenda for further terraces being built not only in Victoria Harbour but other Docklands precincts.

Victoria Harbour Project Director, Ellie Schwab, said that reports received from purchasers on the finished product are extremely positive.

“The project team members worked particularly hard which enabled the delivery to run smoothly and completion to occur well ahead of schedule,” she said.

Residents will move into The Mosaic over the next two months, enhancing the continually growing community that is developing in the precinct. The Montage, comprising 85 dwellings, now follows with construction underway and completion due mid 2009. Bovis Lend Lease is responsible for the project management and construction of this project.

Bovis Lend Lease has multiple projects currently under construction in Victoria Harbour. The company is responsible for the project management, design and construction of Lend Lease’s new Victorian headquarters, The Gauge; the project management, design and construction of ANZ’s new workplace, Australia’s largest commercial office project; the design and construction of the Myer National Support Office; as well as The Montage residential project.
