The parents of singing sister exports Kylie and Dannii Minogue will market their luxury French Island retreat in two parts, after attempts to sell the 90-hectare estate as a whole spooked prospective buyers.
Hocking Stuart Rye agent Hendrik Boer said the fully restored Beauciel homestead, on about 20 hectares and overlooking the water, will be marketed with an asking price of $1.2 million. A separate and sizeable parcel of land abutting the national park will be sold for $600,000 as a residential development site.
