Media and entertainment guru James Tutton has announced plans for yet another inner-city apartment project, again teaming with boutique developer Neometro to build Harper Lane - a 4-level, 62-unit apartment block near Neometro’s successful Luxe project, in Inkerman Street, St Kilda.
Mr Tutton, who made a squillion selling his Moonlight Cinema business to ASX-listed Becker Entertainment in 2005, has since focussed his energy on property developments in recent years. With Neometro, Mr Tutton is also building the boutique 10 Darling Street project in South Yarra.
Harper Lane is again targeted at the boutique end of the market, with entry level studios starting from $325,000.
