Former world professional surfer Glyndyn Ringrose and wife Kate will bid farewell to Cape Woolamai next month. The championship surfer, who manages Phillip Island’s Island Surfboard store (which once competed with another surf store owned by Skyhooks lead singer and keen surfer Shirley Straun), is moving locally.
Knight Frank Residential selling agent Jane Parsons says the three-level waterfront house at 61 Princeton Avenue, should fetch more than $850,000 when it goes to auction next month.
Around the corner, agents are tight lipped about the status of the Grollo family’s 7.7 hectare beachfront estate, which was put to the market last month. The historic 1876 homestead was fully restored last year and had an asking price of around $8 million. Kay & Burton is handling the sale.
