Gina Riley to Sell Armadale House After Short Stay |

FUNNY girl Gina Riley and television producer husband Rick McKenna are selling their house in Armadale, less than 12 months after moving in.
Riley and Jane Turner are co-creators of the hugely successful television comedy series Kath & Kim. This year the two signed a lucrative deal with the Seven Network, which will see the foxy ladies from Fountain Lakes return for a fourth series.
Riley bought the four-bedroom Mercer Road house last year for $4.45 million. Castran Gilbert director Paul Castran is quoting more than $4.5 million this time around.
On almost 1200 square metres, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom house has a double garage, solar and gas-heated pool and a large separate games area. It is only several streets from the Flete Avenue house that sold for about $14 million last year, smashing the record previously held for the suburb.
