Clearance Rates at 64% (April 26 weekend)

Comparatively low numbers of property on offer today has resulted in a strong clearance rate of 68 per cent surpassing the last time Anzac day fell on a long weekend, in 2005 when the clearance rate was 64 per cent.   Today there were 358 auctions with 187 selling at auction and 116 being passed in, 83 on a vendors bid.
