Children’s book illustrator and equine lover, Patricia Mullin, and husband, Dr John Fitzpatrick, are selling their double storey terrace home in Fitzroy.
Patricia Mullins, who has received widespread acclaim for illustrations in such books as The Magic Saddle and One Horse Waiting For Me – was also involved in intricate restoring of horses on the carousels at Luna Park and the Melbourne Zoo.
Jellis Craig selling agent Craig Shearn says he expects the fully renovated 4-bedroom home at 34 Gore Street to sell for more than $1.4 million when it goes to auction at 3pm on Saturday October 20.
