All eyes will turn to Brighton later this month, when the landmark Kerrera homestead at 84 The Esplanade is put to auction.
Melbourne Queen’s Counsel Peter Rattray and wife Mary are selling the 127-year old home, which sits on about 1500 square metres of prime waterfront land overlooking the Dendy Street Beach and CBD.
Kay & Burton agent David Urquhart expects the property to fetch more than $6 million when it goes to auction at 11am on Sunday October 28.
