Brightonians will bid farewell to one of their favourite couples today.
Former Spotlight boss Quentin Gracanin and partner Camilla Knowles are auctioneering their Golden Mile home, in preparation for a move to Sydney. Quentin was recently poached by James Packer to head up the 390-store strong Pretty Girl fashion empire. Pretty Girl is responsible for brands including Rockmans and Table 8.
The new Peter Carmichael designed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home features formal and casual living areas, a home cinema, separate study and double garage. Though Elwood Beach is at the end of the street, the home also includes a spa and plunge pool off the rear entertaining deck.
Quentin and Camilla lived in the home just one month, before being called to Harbour Town.
“More than anything we’ll miss the convenience of being walking distance to Elwood Beach, Ormond Road shops and Bay Street shops,” said Mr Gracanin.
Selling agent Stewart Lopez of Kay & Burton is expecting more than $2 million for the home at 10A Dawson Street.
