Sports management practice Affinity Accountants will sell its offices at 60 City Road, Southbank, ahead of a move within the area.
Affinity, which manages the finances of AFL footballers Robert Harvey, Brent Harvey, Drew Petrie and Adam Simpson, can expect to make about $1.4 million for the 415 sq m office building at the corner of Wolseley Street.
Gray Johnson director Matt Hoath said the building would give the new owner exposure to busy City Road.
