It seems house-hunters aren’t the only people flicking through the papers looking for the perfect property.
Earlier this week, Jason Scarff of boutique agency Kay & Burton received a call from the ad agency of a high profile national chain of stores, asking if it could use a Robert Mills designed penthouse apartment it was marketing in the Nexus building at 61/69 Palmer Street Richmond, for a photo shoot.
The apartment has a large terrace with expansive views over East Melbourne to the CBD - just the “million dollar view” the client wanted for its next photo shoot. On Thursday, a team of models, stylists and photographers ensconced on the terrace to shoot the new summer catalogue.
The penthouse is for private sale at $1.1 million.
