Watpac Proposes $50m Development, Chapel Street

Less than a year after it acquired Melbourne-based construction company JA Dodd, Queensland-based developer Watpac has snapped up a Chapel Street development site it plans to convert into a $50 million mixed-use project.

French Inspired Development in Brighton

Prahran-based architect Robert Mills said a "study tour" in France helped inspire his latest design in Brighton. He says the look he is trying to achieve at the "Provence" (right) development at 15-17 Bent Street is in keeping with the current French trend, that is, "an historic villa that has undergone a major renovation inside".

Yarra Community Housing Lodges Application for Carlton High Rise
