Ormiston – the junior school campus of Camberwell Girls Grammar School – has beaten 103 international firms to win a design award at the Annual World Conference & Expo in San Diego this month.

Melbourne-based developer and land banker Drapac has secured the Environmental Protection Authority as tenant for an eco friendly building it is developing at 200 Victoria Street.

Interests associated with private investor Clement Lee paid $5.3 million for a 1,194 square metre development site at the northern tip of the CBD this week. It’s expected Mr Lee will build a residential apartment building on the 204 – 210 A’Beckett Street site.
