Ten years after redeveloping a tired city office building into Hero, a major luxury apartment project, architect Nonda Katsalidis is back with another city development, but on a much smaller scale. The prominent architect has penned Little Hero, an 8-level development, to be developed at 16 – 30 Russell Place, a small laneway connecting Bourke Street to Little Collins Street, and about a block from Hero. Hocking Stuart is marketing Little Hero. Selling agent Brett Jarvis says apartment prices start at $369,500. Mr Jarvis said interiors in the brand new Little Hero building will be to the same high interior standard and fit out used in the landmark Eureka tower, also designed by Mr Katsalidis.
