It started as a one-off coffee table book and has since become a much- anticipated annual series.
Photographer Gerard Warrener's portfolio of prestige property photos, used in sale campaigns conducted last year, has just been released and is even bigger than the previous three editions.
Melbourne Style 4 includes photos of apartments, terraces and mansions in the city, coast and country.
Celebrity home vendors include Collingwood footballer turned television presenter Nathan Buckley, who sold his house at 209 Beaconsfield Parade in Middle Park; movie director Fred Schepisi; and former Tabcorp chief Matthew Slater, who sold his house in Glyndon Road, Brighton, last year for more than $8 million.
