Passionfoods Founder to Sell St Kilda Apartment

Passionfoods founder Yvonne Row is selling a restored, art deco townhouse in St Kilda. Ms Row bought the property at 1/30 Eildon Road 24 years ago and has totally restored it and two others, which she will retain.
